In collaboration with CIFAL Flanders and with the support of MVO Vlaanderen, Voka, Flanders’ Chamber of Commerce and Industry, created the ‘SDG Roadmap’, a workshop for sustainable and efficient business management.
Voka wants to put sustainable business into practice by providing a roadmap for companies to strengthen their sustainability strategy in an efficient way. The roadmap consists of two parts: a ‘train the trainer’ section and a practical guideline for a brainstorm exercise.
The t
rain the trainer section provides the necessary tools to get started with the SDG Roadmap. Its purpose is to frame the SDGs in the evolution of corporate social responsibility and create a reference framework before starting with the brainstorming exercise. Each of the SDGs is addressed with a focus on their practical implementation in a business context. The brainstorm guideline provides exercises to come up with an action plan to get started with the SDGs in the company, using, among other tools, the CIFAL Flanders SDG Wheel.
