On Wednesday, our programme manager Jan Beyne gave an inspiring SDG Workshop at AWDC (Antwerp World Diamond Centre) Café. After an introduction on the basics of the Agenda 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals, attention was given to the role diamond companies can play in the implemenation of the sustainable development goals.

By conducting some exercises, the participants brainstormed about which SDGs their industry have the most impact on. Afterwards, some sustainability initiatives in the sector were highlighted.
