First local authorities are SDG Pioneers

During the 2023 edition of the SDG-Forum Belgium, seven Flemish local authorities were put in the spotlight as they were awarded the UNITAR Certificate of Completion of SDG Pioneer. Brugge, Harelbeke, Huldenberg, Kalmthout, Kontich, Landen and Lebbeke are the first local authorities in Flanders to have received this level of recognition for their sustainability efforts. The certificate was achieved through the SDG Pioneer programme from  IDEA Consult,  VVSG and CIFAL Flanders.
