CIFAL Flanders processes your personal data. In this privacy statement, we use the personal pronoun ‘we’ to refer to CIFAL Flanders. CIFAL Flanders is responsible for the processing of your personal data, which is described and explained in this statement.

Description of the services provided by CIFAL Flanders, preferably with reference to the applicable regulation: training, coaching and project development.

Explanation: these are services included in the founding decree or decision of CIFAL Flanders or in regulations that assign the provision of these services to CIFAL Flanders.

How long do we keep your personal data?

All data is stored and processed by us for a period that is necessary depending of the purpose of the processing and in function of any contractual relationship between CIFAL Flanders and yourself.

According to the general rule, we may only keep your personal data for the period necessary to provide certain services. So we will keep your data for as long as you use our services. After that, we will keep your data for the period we need to account for the services provided.

Do we share your personal data with others?

Your data is mainly processed internally by our employees.

However, under no circumstances can CIFAL Flanders be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from incorrect or unlawful use of your personal data by a third party.
