The learning solutions team of UNITAR compiled its experiences and resources, accumulated through its many learning activities over the past years, in ‘The Toolbox, A How-To Guide on the Facilitation of Learning’. It thereby facilitates ‘training the trainers’, one of its core activities when it comes to individual and institutional capacity building.

Experienced or not, the toolbox addresses both kind of trainers. The guide provides trainers with guidance and structure in order to get a good understanding of the basics of the instructional process. For the more experienced trainers, useful tips and tricks are presented throughout the pages, the wide variety of methodologies and the various templates. The resource is published chapter by chapter in the format of an e-book, both in English and French.
